The Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) and the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) was combined into a joint City-County board in June 2009. The MPC/BZA reorganized in early 2014 to include the City of Milford. Three members appointed by the City, three members appointed by the County, and one appointed by Milford.
The MPC/BZA meets on the second Thursday of each month at 5:15 pm in the Geary County Office Building Commission Chambers at 200 East 8th Street, Junction City, Kansas.
